- 5 garlic cloves

- 5 coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Recipe #
Place the tomatoes and garlic cloves directly on the coal while the barbecue is lit. Leave for about 10 minutes until roasted.
Using tongs, remove the tomatoes and garlic from the heat.
Crush the tomatoes in a bowl.
Squeeze the roasted garlic from its peel into the bowl.
